Robert Bax
Solicitor / Principal
Robert Bax established the firm in 1982 and is proud to be a true general practitioner, practicing in all areas and supervising all legal services.
Consistent throughout his work is a commitment to direct advice and client value. Whatever the issue, Robert offers straight advice about problems, costs, time and likely outcomes – and is quick to suggest alternative approaches even if this means turning work away or lower legal fees. He uses his extensive networks to support clients and is a true trusted advisor.
As an experienced and skilled negotiator and advisor, Robert has a significant advantage in all matters having practiced as a general practitioner for more than 40 years.
Robert has a keen interest in rural matters and away from work loves fishing, amongst many other sports.

David Neuendorf
Solicitor
David Neuendorf has been with the firm since 2009 and practices in personal injury and litigation, with a particular focus on motor vehicle and work cover claims. A significant aspect of David’s practice also deals with private paying criminal law and weapons licensing matters, both applying and strengthening his skills as an advocate.
Brought up on a farm, he enjoys the practical hands-on side of his work: getting his hands dirty with court advocacy or representing clients in conference rather than desk-based office work. He is respected as a persuasive advocate and takes a no-nonsense approach to his matters
David’s broad understanding of different areas of law informs his strategic approach to his litigation work. He prides himself on asking the right questions, identifying risks and anticipating challenges through the disputes process.
Away from work, David has a keen interest in rugby league having played for both Norths Devils and Valleys Diehards, who we are a proud sponsor of. He also claims to be able to reverse park a heavy goods vehicle better than any solicitor in Brisbane.

Alexandria Douglas
Solicitor
Alexandria Douglas has been with the firm since 2010. She focuses on Property and Commercial matters and Retirement Village contracts.
She has extensive experience in retail and commercial leasing, with a particular focus on representing landlords, and is highly regarded by local property agents for her valuable insights and effectiveness.
She also has a particular interest in commercial real estate acting for both sellers and buyers of commercial property. In business transactions, she has worked with a range of clients from large corporations to small businesses, adopting a thorough and practical approach regardless of the transaction size.
Alexandria is committed to assisting seniors, helping them navigate the complexities of retirement village contracts and ensuring they make informed decisions about their housing and lifestyle.
Away from work, Alexandria enjoys scuba diving, travel and spending time with her family.

Nick Daunt
Solicitor
Nick Daunt joined Robert Bax & Associates as a work experience clerk in 2011 and commenced as a trainee solicitor in 2016. He was admitted in 2017 following studies at University of Queensland.
Working on a range of commercial and estates matters, Nick has already gained extensive court experience including appearances at QCAT, the Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. He enjoys working on multi-party, high value estate matters and away from work enjoys many sports including touch football, golf, cricket and horse racing.

Nadine Love
Solicitor
Nadine Love leads the firm’s Family Law practice, assisting clients with parenting, property settlement and divorce matters. She is an accredited mediator, registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and trained in collaborative practice.
Nadine recognises that family law matters are often difficult and deeply personal. She provides clear, practical advice so clients understand their options and can make informed decisions. Her approach is calm, direct and resolution-focused. She brings humanity to the legal process and respect to every interaction. Nadine takes time to understand each client’s circumstances, identify risks and develop sensible strategies, while remaining mindful of children’s needs and the practical realities of family life.
Drawing on her training in dispute resolution and therapeutic practice, she helps clients explore negotiated outcomes where possible and guides them steadily through court proceedings when required.
Away from work, Nadine enjoys rainforest walks with her dogs, Lex and Onyx, swimming, growing herbs, vegetables and flowers, and spending time with her daughter, who is studying law. Nadine studies for pleasure and is currently undertaking doctoral research in family law.

Guy Wagner
Solicitor
Guy Wagner joined the firm in 2026, bringing experience from private practices across regional Queensland. He advises clients on a broad range of property and commercial law matters, with particular experience in commercial and rural property transactions, leasing, property development and retirement village contracts.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Guy worked in the construction industry for a number of years. This practical background gives him a strong understanding of property and development matters and enables him to provide advice that is both commercially focused and grounded in real-world experience.
Known for his pragmatic approach and clear communication, Guy provides practical, commercially focused advice to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, family businesses, property investors and commercial enterprises.
Outside of work, Guy enjoys flying recreational aircraft, surfing and playing golf.

Law Clerk
Leo De Clara is employed as a law clerk and is currently completing a dual degree in Law and Finance at QUT.
Prior to his university studies, Leo was the College Captain at St Josephs Nudgee College in 2021.
Leo brings prior experience as an in-house paralegal, where he worked across corporate advisory, contracting, and corporate governance matters. He is passionate about gaining as much hands on experience as possible by working closely with the solicitors throughout the entire matter.
Outside of work, Leo enjoys spending time on his family's farm in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and is an enthusiastic camper.

Sophie Chalk joined the Firm in 2023, providing administrative support to the team's conveyancers. Her outstanding work ethic and attention to detail quickly caught the attention of her colleagues and, also, our Principal.
Sophie’s hard work led to her promotion to the role of Conveyancing Clerk in 2024. In this position, Sophie continued to excel, consistently learning, and delivering exceptional work, exceeding expectations.
Sophie has a genuine passion for client satisfaction. She takes pride in delivering a smooth and stress-free conveyancing service tailored to each client's individual needs. Her communication skills ensure clients always feel informed, confident and reassured throughout the conveyancing process.
